Terms and Conditions

Thank you for joining the “School for Gifted and Talented CIC”. We are a Supplementary school offering a variety of tutorials in small groups, individual (one to one) both online and offline.  For children and adults alike.

 

Our wide variety of subjects includes:

•English language (including all levels of writing, reading comprehension, preparation for 11+, English for speakers of other languages and preparation for All examinations in the UK and International IGCSEs)

•Russian language (all levels) for everyone from 2 to 102

•Japanese with a twist (Language and Culture)

•STEM SUBJECTS (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Information Technology)

•CHESS for children age 6-12

•Music lessons (violin), music theory and history of music (group and individual sessions)

 

Classes for children are designed to be a valuable aid to mainstream education, promoting bilingualism and intellectual and mental stimulation for children and adults.

Our group classes are booked on a first come, first served basis and places are allocated according to availability.

 

Payment & refunds for group sessions: 

Payment is taken before the sessions start, in a block booking.

There are two payments for each term, one before the first half term starts, and one prior to the second half term starting (dates & amounts are provided separately).

Each course is for the full term.

Please note that by paying for a first half term you are agreeing to sign up for a whole term to make payments 1 & 2. By making a payment for the classes, you agree to the above terms & conditions. If you have any questions, please get in touch!

Paying weekly isn’t available for the classes. You are able to cancel your place before the starting date.  All bookings are non-refundable after the course has started. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for individual sessions missed.

 

Safety:

All our tutors are enhanced DBS checked, qualified tutors and experienced in working with children (Including SEN).

Please provide us with emergency contact details before the course starts by filling in a registration (with video and photo consent) . If there are any special requirements for your child, please notify the Administration.
